Faithful Friday - The Herrington Family

On this beautiful Friday, meet the Herrington Family!

Someone is missing! Look at all those hands just waiting to scoop up and love on another little lovie who they are working to bring home!

OLIVIA for the Herrington family — Roseville, CA

Beth and Lee met 20 years ago and have been happily married for almost 16 years! During those 16 years they have been blessed with 5 of the most amazing children.  Beth And Lee and their children,   Katie (14), LeeAnn (12), Abigail (11), Jack (8) and baby Chloe live in Roseville, CA.  Beth stays at home and Lee is a police sergeant in the Sacramento area.  The older Herrington children are involved in a variety of school and sport activities.  Chloe was a double surprise for all as she was born with Down Syndrome.  Beth and Lee have embraced the newest Herrington’s differences just as they embraced the differences in all of their children.
Two weeks after her birth, looking to learn more from the Down Syndrome community, the Herringtons went to a local Down syndrome event and were introduced to beautiful Sofia Sanchez who was adopted through Reece’s Rainbow a month prior from Eastern Europe by Hector and Jennifer Sanchez.
The Herrington family is looking to repeat recent history and follow in the footsteps of the Sanchez family.  Through Reece’s Rainbow they have fallen in love with a baby girl named Olivia.  Olivia is a beautiful Angel who is waiting to come home and join her forever family. Please keep the Herrington family in your prayers as they follow the path that God has chosen for them.

$6267.00 is available towards the cost of my adoption!

Sweet Olivia is still such a little baby! :) The first pictures above are from when she got listed, and the newer ones were just recently taken! Her hair has gone SOO BLONDE! ♥ She's such a doll baby, and so is her soon to be playmate - her sister Chloe!
I absolutely ADORE her curls!
The Herrington's are another one of the MANY families who have been inspired by the Sanchez family to adopt a baby with Down Syndrome that won't have any hope if they aren't adopted. Sweet Olivia will soon be Livvy Mae, and she will never know what it means to grow up an orphan. They are an amazing family with love overflowing for their sweet baby girls! Any donation to their adoption would be GREATLY appreciated, but you also have the chance to get some awesome bracelets!
They say "Operation Olivia - A Life for Livvy Mae". They are selling them $2 ea or 3 for $5. I just might have to look into getting one to wear with my "Spread the Word to End the Word" bracelet, my "Help Bring Katie Home" bracelet, and my "Together We Can" bracelet! Can you tell I like these bracelets?!?! By the way if you know of anyone selling them, let me know! :) Anyway, back to Herrington's... :) You can find ALL the details about getting a bracelet for Livvy HERE!

I hope you take the time today to donate to or pray for this precious family and their ADORABLE little girl! :)

Happy Friday and don't forget to go join the Forget Me Not Friday link-up with Jane! Because we def don't want to forget about her! Not that you would seeing her so often, but I've said it before, I'll say it again - I REFUSE to stop posting her picture until she has a family working to bring her home!! So if you are tired of seeing her, find her a family! :)
